Banking apps and a few other apps check whether any accessibility service or VPN is active on the device, as a general anti-fraud precaution — this is the same check that would trigger for screen readers, ad blockers, password managers, or any other legitimate app using these same Android features. It isn't specific to Paxio, and it doesn't mean your device or the other app is compromised.
