Delete Your Data

You can delete a child's profile and its associated data at any time, directly in the app, without deleting your whole Paxio account. If you'd rather delete your entire account instead, see the account deletion page.

How to delete a child's data

  1. Open Paxio and sign in.
  2. On the Dashboard, find the child's profile card.
  3. Tap the ⋮ (more options) icon on that card.
  4. Tap "Delete Profile" and confirm.

This takes effect immediately — no waiting period, no need to contact support.

What gets deleted

What is not affected

Your parent account, sign-in, and PIN remain active. Any other child profiles on your account are untouched. If you want to remove your parent account entirely, use the account deletion page instead.
