By downloading, installing, or using Paxio ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Paxio is intended for use by a parent or legal guardian to manage screen time, app access, and content filtering on a device used by their own child. You must be the parent, guardian, or otherwise authorized to install monitoring/management software on the device you use Paxio with.
You are responsible for keeping your parent PIN and account credentials secure, for configuring Paxio in a way that complies with the laws of your jurisdiction, and for obtaining any consent required to install and use monitoring software on a device (for example, informing the child as appropriate for their age and your household).
Paxio relies on Android system permissions (Accessibility, Usage Access, VPN, Device Admin) and on Google Firebase services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation — for example, a device restart, permission revocation, or OS update can affect functionality until permissions are re-granted.
Paxio is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that content filtering will block all inappropriate content, or that app blocking or screen-time enforcement cannot be bypassed by a technically capable user.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Paxio.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Questions about these terms can be sent to nav.cyber0@gmail.com.
